PDFMinify provides online PDF tools including:

PDF compression, merging, splitting, and conversion
AI-powered document chat and analysis
File format conversion (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, images)

The Service is provided on a freemium basis with usage limits for free accounts and expanded capabilities for paid plans.

3. User Accounts

You may use basic tools without an account (subject to daily limits)
Account creation requires a valid email address or Google account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
You may delete your account at any time through your Profile settings

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload illegal, harmful, or malicious content
Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
Use the Service for automated bulk processing without authorization
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
Use the Service in any way that could damage or overburden our infrastructure

5. File Handling

You retain all ownership rights to files you upload. PDFMinify processes files temporarily and deletes them immediately after processing. We do not store, share, or access the content of your files beyond what is necessary to provide the requested service.

You are solely responsible for the content of files you upload. Do not upload files containing sensitive personal data unless you understand and accept the associated risks.

6. Intellectual Property

The PDFMinify name, logo, and branding are the property of PDFMinify. Your content remains yours — we claim no ownership over files you process through our Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. PDFMinify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

While we strive for accuracy in file conversions and AI analysis, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Always verify important conversions against the original document.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
